How to Register DiskAid

How to register your product :

In most cases, registering your license consists simply in typing in the email address used for purchase.

  1. Make sure your computer is currently connected to the Internet – if you connect through a proxy, please follow “Alternative registration options” instructions below.
  2. Launch the application and choose “Register” from the application main menu
  3. A dialog box appears, enter the e-mail address you used for purchase
  4. Click the “Register” button

Alternative registration options :

If you have limited or no connectivity with the computer you would like to use the software with or your working environment does not let you connect directly to the Internet (firewall rules or connection through a proxy), you might want to manually register.

  1. Launch the application and choose “Register” from the application main menu
  2. A dialog box appears, enter the e-mail address you used for purchase
  3. Click on “More options”
  4. Choose “Register online now”
    1. This action will open a browser window that will show a registration key
    2. Copy this registration key and paste it in the application’s registration box
    3. If you do not see the registration box, on the top menu select Register, then choose “More options” and press “Register using my key”
  5. Choose “Register via Email” if the computer you want to register is not connected to the Internet
    1. A text box will appear with the information that needs to be sent by email to support@digidna.net.
    2. Copy this text exactly and send it, you will receive your code within 48 hours by email
    3. Then copy this registration key and paste it in the application’s registration box
    4. If you do not see the registration box, on the top menu select Register, then choose “More options” and press “Register using my key”
