Download and Install DiskAid

• Make sure you have the latest iTunes version installed, if not install it or update it too.
• Get the latest available DiskAid version for Mac or PC from the download page and install Diskaid on your computer

Launch the Application

• Windows users upon install can create a desktop shortcut
• Mac users should have dragged the application icon to the Dock
• Either way, launch DiskAid now and wait for the DiskAid window to show your device’s contents.

Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Using the USB Cable

• Connect one single device, disconnect any other iPhone, iPod or iPad
• Use an original 30-pin USB Apple connector
• Do not use a USB dock or hub
