Bought a new iphone4s and a new laptop. Tried to move music from from old iphone to laptop then back onto new iphone and it would only let me transfer purchaced items. I almost had a heart attack when I thought i'd lost half my library!

Before purchasing this product I read all of the reviews and was instantly convinced. I must say that this product does everything that it promises. I didn't find myself fighting with any of the features. In four easy steps you can have all of your music/playlists/play counts added to your iTunes. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It is definitely worth the $20.00. I still haven't utilized all of the features that this products has to offer, but I look forward to trying everything else out.

Problem w/ SMS collection
Although DiskAid will give me all of my contacts, recent calls, etc... I can't access my SMS messages for some reason. Each time, it will either A. Automatically shutdown with an error code message. or B. Tell me that I am running iTunes at the same time (even if there are no other programs running on the computer at the same time), and to restart my computer and phone. I have tried doing this, as well as other troubleshooting, and can't seem to have any luck. Considering I spent the money to register with the program, specifically to have important messages saved, I'm very disappointed. I have the latest version of MacBook Pro, and the latest version of Diskaid (5.21).. Any advice?
