DigiDNA is the sole owner of any information gathered through the use of TuneDNA.

The Sole aim of gathering personal information is for the benefit of the end user in manner to propose a meaningful service, such as logging ip addresses to match profiles within a geographical area.

DigiDNA, through TuneDNA, does NOT render any of your information public without your prior consent. This consent is required EACH time someone has requested to view your Musical Profile. Not at ANY time is ANY information about your name and surname given to the public.

DigiDNA does not redistribute any aggregated or statistical information to any third party.

DigiDNA hosts all Personal Data on a server located in Switzerland. Switzerland enjoys one of the toughest Personal Information Protection law worldwide.

DigiDNA uses the latest encryption technology to protect information passed on to its servers.
