There are two types of pictures and movies stored onto iPhones, iPads or iPods.
The method applied to access them will depend on this type of pictures and videos.
 | Pictures that have been captured with the device itself using it’s internal camera will appear in the browser window in DiskAid directly, they can be copied from there to the computer desktop. |
 | Devices not running iOS 5 need the free PicsAid to copy photos that have been imported via an iTunes sync. |
Camera Roll Display Errors
In case the Camera Roll volume is not mounting properly, you might obtain an erroneous error massage claiming that it is empty. This can be solved quickly:
Disconnect the device and close DiskAid
Reconnect the device, relaunch DiskAid
If the above steps have failed reboot the device and try again
