- Make sure you have the latest iTunes version installed, if not install it or update it too.
- Get the latest available DiskAid version for Mac or PC from the download page and install Diskaid on your computer
Launch the Application
- Windows users upon install can create a desktop shortcut
- Mac users should have dragged the application icon to the Dock
- Either way, launch DiskAid now and wait for the DiskAid window to show your device’s contents.
Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Using the USB Cable
- Connect any other iPhone, iPod or iPad
- Use an original USB Apple connector
- Do not use a USB dock or hub
